If you're ready to combine purpose with performance, this is your chance to lead change where it matters most.About the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesLead development of integrated access strategies for underserved populations across Mexico.Build business cases aligning health equity initiatives with commercial and ESG priorities.Collaborate cross-functionally to assess feasibility, ROI, and sustainability of access programs.Design and manage programs combining products with value-added components.Define and track KPIs including patient outcomes, reach, and social return on investment.Establish strategic alliances with health authorities, NGOs, and academic institutions.Represent Novartis Mexico in key partnerships and health equity events.Essential RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in healthcare access, health systems, or business administration roles.Proven success in building and executing business cases for impact-driven programs.Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or development sectors, ideally in emerging markets.Strong understanding of Mexico's healthcare system and access challenges.Fieldwork experience in underserved communities across Mexico is a strong advantage.Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.Desirable RequirementsExperience engaging with ESG frameworks and sustainability initiatives in healthcare.Advanced degree in public health, health economics, or related field.Why Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
