responsibilities
build strong knowledge of global equity tracker (get) application to support external clients and internal professionals
provide it support for client implementations and integrations with other global mobility services (gms) technology, client systems and share plan administrator (spa) platforms
assist with get application release process including coordination of technology resources before and during deployments
help to configure get application to address client needs including implementation and maintenance of client specific tax positions, build scripts and calculation flags
escalate issues to the appropriate global mobility services (gms) technology or tax leads and coordinate activities with us-based grs team and kgs (india) to serve grs clients
act as an advisor to provide technology solutions to clients' business problems.
test get application functionality after app releases or server maintenance
manage and plan internal it projects related to get application at the same time, management and communication with different groups within kpmg
draft sops and internal documentation for knowledge sharing
qualifications
minimum of two years of ba experience
bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking skills, passion and aptitude for learning and working on technology applications
ability to work independently, with others, and manage multiple projects at the same time
must have strong written and verbal communication skills in english, organizational skills, and attention to detail
knowledge of agile methodologies a plus
experience with computer programming a plus
any tax, it, accounting, project management and/or human resource experience is a plus
