what we are looking for in you
umvel is looking for a bilingual scrum master to design, facilitate and raise business understanding sessions with the client, lead delivery sessions and expectations of the same as well as requirements monitoring internally and with client.
oversee the planning, implementation and follow-up of software development, digital transformation, online platforms and digital business projects in order to ensure the good performance of those involved, as well as the successful completion and launch of the products generated.
role and responsibilities:
- integration management
- triple constraint management (control and follow-up of the projects according to the triple constraint and elaboration of the corresponding reports).
- human resources management (manage the work team to achieve the objectives proposed in the work plan).
- risk management (visualize risks and impediments that may cause deviations in the projects and that could negatively compromise the projects).
- customer and stakeholder management (communication management of customers, users and the work team; and managing the fulfillment of expectations of deliverables).
experience & skills:
- integration, scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement management
- communications and human resources management.
- mastering the agile manifesto.
- experience with trello, monday, and project.
- knowledge of salesforce, quickbooks, and gitlab.
