*ansell is looking for an import/export intern to join our team in queretaro
*
the role involves managing and verifying customs-related documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable customs law articles, and preparing instructions for customs brokers to streamline clearance processes.
it also includes reviewing export pick lists, registering and updating part numbers in codice, preparing proforma invoices for customs and payment reconciliation, and maintaining organized records to meet regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements.

*what your role will be?
*
*for acm*:
- gather, review, and cross-check all supporting documentation related to the dutiable adjustments outlined in article 65 of the customs law (la: art. 65).
- ensure compliance with the guaranteed requirements specified in section i, subsection (e) of article 36-a of the customs law (la: art. 36a).
- prepare the letter of instructions for the customs broker prior to the arrival of the goods, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented to facilitate a smooth customs clearance process.
*for ansell perry*:
- conduct a comprehensive review of the pick list for each export of finished goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- register and update part numbers for raw materials (mp), finished products (pt), and non-conforming or reworked items (np) in the system in codice.
- prepare and compile all necessary documentation for the preparation of the proforma invoice for customs declarations and reconciliation for payment purposes.
- maintain a structured and organized recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations for audit and reporting purposes.
*what will you bring to ansell?
*- currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (business administration, human resources, marketing, international trade, or related fields).
- availability to work *30 hours* per week* in a hybrid modality.
- strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- basic knowledge of (e.g., ms office, data entry, reporting, or customs processes).
- eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a professional environment.
- good verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish.
- ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- proactive, adaptable, and willing to support different projects as needed.
