Job description
we are seeking a senior ai developer to lead the deployment of machine learning powered products and pipelines, working on building solutions for natural language understanding, data extraction, information retrieval, and data sourcing.
the role:
* design, develop, and deploy ai systems and models, leveraging expertise in python and popular libraries such as numpy, pandas, spacy, sklearn, pytorch, and huggingface.
* mentor junior data scientists and ai engineers in delivering large-scale projects, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.
* partner with business leaders, domain experts, and end-users to gain business understanding, data understanding, and collect requirements.
* interpret results and present them to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
* manage production pipelines for enterprise-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
requirements:
* proven experience as a senior ai developer or engineer, with a strong track record of deploying machine learning systems and models.
* expert proficiency in python, including popular libraries such as numpy, pandas, spacy, sklearn, pytorch, and huggingface.
* excellent knowledge of deep learning and machine learning concepts, including model scaling strategies and fine-tuning.
* experience with sota models related to nlp, including sentence transformers, word embeddings, and similarity measures.
* a master's or phd from a recognized institute in a relevant specialization.
good to have:
* 5+ years of experience in ai development, preferably in the finance industry.
* prior work showcasing expertise in ai, machine learning, and deep learning on platforms like github, kaggle, and stack overflow.
