samy alliance is a digital marketing company specializing in advocacy marketing, influencer marketing, and content production. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in madrid, samy alliance operates in over 55 markets with offices in 18 countries and employs more than 500 people. The company focuses on providing integrated marketing solutions through research, data analytics, social media, digital content, and public relations. They work with prominent brands such as danone, l'oréal, disney, unilever, and nestlé.

mission
the main mission of the role is to dissect complex data sources, uncover consumer behavior insights, and decode brand perceptions to drive strategic decisions for clients. By leveraging tools such as social listening, digital analytics, and survey data, the analyst transforms these insights into actionable recommendations and compelling narratives.

requirements
responsibilities:

* monitoring and analysis of social media performance.
* audience profiling (demographic and attitudinal)
* work as a team with the person responsible for the media strategy and planning team.
* systematic studies of industry trends to provide visibility to the agency.
* definition (with the media implementation team) and follow up of objectives and main kpis associated with your clients and their campaigns.
* generation of weekly, biweekly, monthly and/or campaign reports as applicable to the client.
* periodic recommendation of improvements in reports, work mechanics, and returns to the client.
* development of special reports such as social listening, audience analysis, digital surveys, and attribution.
* identification and exchange of learnings with the client and the multidisciplinary team for the constant improvement of the service delivered by the agency.
* active detection of actionable opportunities for clients.
* participation in the preparation of proposals to prospects and new projects to clients.
* benchmarking of industries and markets.

requirements/experience

* based in cdmx
* at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* knowledge and understanding of social media marketing.
* management and analysis experience in advertising platforms such as google ads, meta business manager, and x analytics.
* management and analysis experience in social listening platforms such as brandwatch, sprout social, etc.
* management and analysis of social media performance tools such as emplifi or rival iq.
* strong desk research skills and qualitative research skills.
* possess initiative and desire to develop professionally in data analysis and consumer behavior, with analytical capacity and interpretation of qualitative variables.
* strong written and verbal english language skills.
* excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
* excellent use of powerpoint, slides or keynote.
* quick, proactive and autonomous learner.
