we are seeking a *dedicated and motivated call center supervisor* to join the team of a u.s.based healthcare clinic. This is a *full-time, on-site position* located in roma norte, cdmx. *responsibilities*:
- supervise and support a team of call center agents to ensure high-quality service
- monitor performance and provide coaching to team members
- oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to schedules
- resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- collaborate with management to implement process improvements
- ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
*requirements*:
- previous experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
- fluent in english and spanish (spoken and written)
- experience in healthcare or working with u.s. clients is a plus
