responsibilities
* service delivery transformation: support the documentation and mapping of current-state and future-state business processes across shared services functions (e.g., finance, procurement, it etc).
* create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (sops) using tools such as visio. Identify process gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
* assist in the development of business cases for shared services transformation, including cost-benefit analysis and roi calculations.
* collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
* support the development of benchmarking reports comparing client processes to industry standards.
* maintain general knowledge of ai tools and technologies relevant to shared services and global business services; identify opportunities for ai application and propose recommendations to project teams.
* global business services operations: assist senior consultants and managers in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and risks; support the preparation of meeting materials, status reports, and client communications in english; help organize and document workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions; support kpi/sla collection and analysis; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; collaborate with analysts and other consultants to foster a positive team environment; seek feedback from senior consultants and managers to ensure quality and consistency.
qualifications
* 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
* responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks
* advanced english level
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., visio)
* ability to work effectively in virtual, cross-functional, and multicultural teams
* strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* proficiency in ms powerpoint, ms excel, ms access, ms visio and other presentation/analysis tools
