The impact you'll make
as our jr. Manufacturing eng, you’ll play a key role in supporting process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
what you’ll be doing
* assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
* monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
* conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
* provide technical assistance to operators and technicians on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
* support preventive maintenance planning for critical machinery.
* assist in training production staff on new processes or equipment.
* participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
what we're looking for
* bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
* people management ability.
* 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering related roles.
* 1 year programming plc.
* monday through saturday availability, with occasional overtime required.
* able to work in a 3 shift operation with availability to shift swap.
* intermediate english.
