primary responsibilities:
* drive regional expansion: serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead.
* commercial project leadership: represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams, influencing decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
* market intelligence: monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
* crm management: track pipeline and activities using salesforce or similar crm tools.
requirements:
* minimum 5 years of experience in b2b manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors.
* bachelor's or master's degree.
* strong commercial and strategic instincts; advanced excel skills; crm familiarity.
* fluent in english; spanish is an asset.
* attention to detail: quality- and process-focused.
