we are seeking an exceptional executive to lead our international operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our brand across borders.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement country strategies, business plans, and market directions in line with our corporate vision.
* manage marketing and sales strategy development, operational planning, sops, product registrations, and office setup.
* oversee daily inventory counts, month-end stock takes, and ensure compliance with company standards.
* recruit, train, and manage key staff and distributors, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
* monitor personnel performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
* maintain compliance with head office requirements, submitting reports and meeting other needs as required.
* ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all aspects of operations.
sales counter operations:
* oversee accurate release of requested products to members.
* ensure counter staff can respond to basic inquiries related to products and business.
* develop and maintain excellent relationships between management and network members.
* provide fast responses to queries and complaints from members via phone, email, or walk-in.
* update distributors and leaders on company activities, events, new products, promotions, and undertakings through various means.
* investigate cases and concerns, reviewing incident reports and endorsing them to the relevant department.
* document, record, and report all product deliveries.
* ensure compliance with daily inventory counts and month-end stock takes, maintaining fifo practices.
* conduct monthly stock reconciliations, identifying variances and submitting adjustments to the local accountant department.
* review purchase orders for hq shipping and oversee eta shipments/product unloading.
marketing and training:
* organize events like conferences, video conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.
* contribute to sales increase through market strategy design, development, and implementation.
* solve member inquiries and provide face-to-face and online training to improve sales targets.
* monitor correct operation and cleanliness of training facilities.
* develop and maintain relationships between speakers and leaders.
* monitor speaker progress during training sessions.
* assist directors of service centers and leaders with training requests.
regulatory compliance:
* oversee proper handling/documentation for product registration (new products/renewal).
* monitor warehouse staff training, ensuring strict compliance with best warehousing practices for dxn products.
* communicate with marketing departments on product regulatory compliances.
* handle trademark registration documentation.
* conduct physical checks of stock condition received from malaysia/dxn mexico factory (quality assurance).
human resource and admin:
* maintain and update employee files.
* control monthly office supplies requisition.
* process timely staff payroll, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
* enforce adherence to the approved employees handbook.
* execute manpower recruitment and exit procedures.
* participate in monthly management meetings on company updates, direction, notices, and policies.
* evaluate employees' annual performance appraisals, taking necessary actions based on performance levels.
* oversee building maintenance administration and cleanliness.
* document and implement sops, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business processes.
* standardize processes in operation and marketing, ensuring systematic working practices.
* develop and document sops in accordance with preset formats and guidelines, emphasizing quality.
this position requires a visa, passport, and ability to travel within and outside mexico.
