principales responsabilidades:
* apoyo directo en el cumplimiento de planes y programas de capacitación.
* proceso y entrega de las constancias de habilidades al personal que se requiera, así como su integración en los expedientes físicos.
* actualización y elaboración de las matrices de cursos y/o de competencias.
* realizar proceso de certificación y recertificación de operadores.
* apoyo en la logística de cursos en tiempo y forma.
* instructor interno (en diferentes turnos).
* participar en auditorías internas y externas.
* actualización de la programación de cursos en el sistema tress cuando se requiera.
* entrenar al personal en los procesos que sean necesarios: nuevos ingresos, transferencias y personal en plan de desarrollo./habilidades de enseñanza
* soporte en el envío de invitaciones de cursos internos y externos.
* cumplimiento a las metas anuales del área de entrenamiento.
* mantener y apoyar en actividades de 6’s en las áreas de entrenamiento.
* alimentar reportes requeridos en el área de entrenamiento.
competencias y habilidades:
* egresado y/o estudiante de lic. en administración o carrerea a fin.
* validar carrera con experiencia en el puesto mínimo 2 años.
* conocimiento básico de la ley federal de trabajo.
* conocimiento basico de tramites ante stps (dc-1, dc-2, dc-3, dc-4).
* conocimiento intermedio del sistema tress.
* experiencia como instructor interno.
* conocimiento basico de iso 9001, iso14001.
* conocimiento básico de la metodología de 5’s, lean manufacturing y kaizen.
* conocimiento práctico en procesos de soldadura de contorno y gota, ensamble de componentes electrónicos thru hole, estañado de cables, soldadura manual.
* comunicación avanzada efectiva.
* manejo intermedio de office. Excel
* enfoque avanzado en metas y resultados.-
* manejo intermedio de outlook.
* manejo avanzado de administración del tiempo.
* participación en la implementacion de desarrollo de proyectos de mejora en el área.
