*key responsibilities*:
- design, deploy, and manage macos environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain macos policies and procedures.
- troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macos platforms and software packages.
- monitor and optimize macos infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for macos environments.
- develop and maintain documentation for macos configurations, processes, and procedures.
- provide training and support to end-users and it staff on macos technologies and best practices.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing and supporting macos environments.
- expertise in macos software packaging and deployment tools.
- strong knowledge of macos operating systems and related technologies.
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- fluent in english (must)
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- relevant certifications (e.g., apple certified support professional, apple certified technical coordinator) are a plus.
*preferred skills*:
- experience with scripting languages (e.g., bash, python) for automation tasks.
- knowledge of mobile device management (mdm) solutions (microsoft intune, jamf / casper).
- understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
