this team delivers digital‑asset solutions to vip clients and institutions, supporting high‑frequency traders, hedge funds, asset managers, and more.
responsibilities
* account servicing – assist the partnership manager with day‑to‑day account matters and partner inquiries.
* lead identification & pitching – support the manager in sourcing and presenting products to potential partners.
* commercial negotiations & project management – participate in negotiations, manage onboarding, and ensure technical integration.
* relationship management – help maintain strong ties with senior executives of high‑value partners.
* internal collaboration – work with marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
* process improvement – propose new ways to enhance existing processes.
requirements
* strong communication skills – comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders.
* industry knowledge – ability to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players.
* crypto & blockchain knowledge – keen interest and basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
* language – bilingual english/spanish; portuguese is an advantage.
* work ethic – disciplined, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
* education – polytechnic or university graduate, with part‑time or full‑time prior work experience preferred.
* api knowledge – preferable, especially for onboarding partners.
