About the Role:
The CIS Support, will be responsible for providing internal ERP module specific support in one or more functional area for the delivery of small enhancements to ensure immediate technical and functional needs can be quickly addressed.
The candidate is a team player who loves work on a global team, loves to be hands-on, likes technical challenges, and is willing to operate closely with the business. The analytical and technical ERP skills allow the Support Consultant to quickly and efficiently enable business operations and enhance the current worldwide internal ERP template.
The Support Consultant must have deep knowledge of IBP and ERP platforms that allows him/her to quickly analyze reported issues and drive the required adjustments and resolutions.
What You'll Do:
1st Level Support for the ERP and take ownership of assignments in order to expedite issue resolution

Solve ERP specific problems for one or more functional areas and serve as contact person for our internal and external customers

Strong alignment and collaboration with the CoE Build Team

Provide process-oriented business analysis in one or more functional areas of End-to-End processes

Fosters a strong working relationship with customer in order to generate a clear understanding of their needs and concerns; possesses ability to think from clients’ perspective.

Participates in the delivery of small enhancements of specific business processes within the framework of a global template

Offer technical solutions to fulfill and implement simple business requirements with standard methods

Realization of ERP system customization in one or more functional areas

Provide functional descriptions and business process support to the development team

Create business standard documentation of all new developments

Participates in trainings

Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives/tasks of other IT organizations

Knowledge transfer to others on the Support Team, Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and for external Consultants

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Advanced English.

2+ years building / supporting IT systems solutions

2+ years experience supporting business needs

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Customer oriented behavior and good communication skills

Organizational and Analytic skills.

SAP, Oracle, Katana or another ERP knowledge desired.

Basic SQL or database knowledge.

ERP configuration knowledge in one or more streams

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., EasyVista, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and remote support tools.

Willing to cooperate closely with business and consulting partners

Enjoy working in a Global team setting

This position will work in a hybrid model in Mexico City.
