we're looking for a google ads powerhouse who can deliver hands-on performance while guiding & managing our paid media team to new heights. what you'll do:
* build, launch, and optimize google search, display, video, performance max, and other google ad campaign types across multiple industries.
* conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
* write and a/b test compelling ad copy that drives conversions.
* manage budgets to maximize roi and scalability.
* track and analyze kpis to improve performance and efficiency.
* implement advanced strategies — automation, scripts, a/b testing, and audience segmentation.
* produce and present clear performance reports for management and clients.
* mentor the paid ads team to ensure best practices and high-quality execution.
* develop sops and workflows for consistent, scalable delivery.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams (seo, facebook, account management, content, and creative) for integrated marketing strategies.
* act as a key point of contact for priority clients — presenting strategies, results, and recommendations.
* stay ahead of industry updates, platform changes, and emerging ad technologies.
* work independently using the company's project management tool to track tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.
* communicate with clients through the company dashboard, address their content-related queries, and incorporate feedback.
what we're looking for:
* 5+ years managing small to high-budget google ads campaigns with measurable results.
* 2+ years in a role with partial leadership/team responsibilities.
* expert-level understanding of google ads, google analytics (ga4), gtm, conversion tracking, and ppc trends.
* strong english proficiency (spanish/portuguese is a plus).
* proven track record of presenting strategies and results to clients in a compelling way.
* analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
* experience creating and refining operational workflows for paid media teams.
* ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
