your mission
the key account manager will be responsible for increasing sales, margins, and brand visibility, establishing solid and long-term business relationships with strategic national and regional accounts.
requisitos:
* completed degree (licenciatura)
* minimum of 5 years experience as a key account manager in the pharmaceutical industry
* experience managing distributors and wholesalers in the pharma/retail sector (e.g., nadro)
funciones:
* increase sales, margins, and brand positioning, as well as establish long-term partnerships and business relationships with key national or regional accounts, always complying with ethical standards and the defined strategy.
* contribute to designing a large-scale development strategy aligned with the commercial strategy of the brand/franchise.
* implement the commercial strategy of the brand(s)/franchise(s) in synergy with other internal teams (marketing, etc.) and negotiate product portfolio commercialization with clients, according to current sales policies.
* negotiate agreements including compensation terms.
* apply and monitor the implementation of agreements at points of sale.
* analyze customer and market indicators.
* develop action plans (sales, commercial plans, retail, etc.).
* build sustainable alliances with key clients, both in public and private shopping centers.
* monitor the market, competitors, and clients, ensuring a continuous flow of information to and from relevant teams/departments.
