Key responsibilities
* support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems.
* supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as hvac, fire pump station, ro plant, ups, and air compressor.
* monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
* make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
* support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives through equipment upgrades or process improvements.
* collaborate with engineering, production, and ehs teams to solve facility-related issues and maintain smooth factory operations.
* participate in projects related to facility expansion, system upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.
requirements
* high school or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* 3~8 years of hands-on experience in facility or utility management, preferably in the electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.
* solid understanding of building and facility systems (e.g., hvac, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).
* familiar with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and standard maintenance procedures.
* good leadership and team supervision skills with experience leading small technical teams.
* strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
* experience with computerized maintenance management systems (cmms) or other relevant software is preferred.
