job objective: develop and execute the commercial plan within your assigned zone (private and public schools at preschool, primary, and secondary levels). Provide attention and follow-up to current clients and prospects, ensuring sales objectives are met.
responsibilities:
1. implement and analyze the visit plan to schools in your zone, develop strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities.
2. know and comply with the company's sales model and plan, including prospecting, sampling, and closing phases.
3. meet with decision-makers in your market using the company's sales model.
4. plan daily and weekly activities using the nexus tool, update information consistently, and record visits and sales data.
5. manage sample inventory and report to sales supervision and management.
6. handle petty cash responsibly, submit expense reports timely, and maintain vehicle logs.
7. analyze growth potential in your zone, project sales, identify key schools, and prepare strategic plans.
8. engage with booksellers and distributors, including presentations and training on new projects.
experience, knowledge, and skills:
1. high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete university studies.
2. intermediate english (b1).
3. at least 2 years of face-to-face sales experience.
4. valid driver's license.
5. proficiency in office tools.
6. time management and strategic planning skills.
7. process management and results evaluation abilities.
