job description:

we are seeking a strategic marketing director to lead our immunology latam team and help us continue to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients, customers, and communities worldwide.

in this role, you'll steer our regional immunologytherapeutic area strategies, partnering closely with global and local teams to shape and execute marketing initiatives that make a real difference. You will lead talented managers and contributors, fostering professional growth through meaningful conversations, coaching, and feedback. Your vision will translate into innovative strategic marketing plans that resonate deeply with our stakeholders and customers.

key responsibilities

* lead regional immunology strategy: direct strategic marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with global vision and local market needs.
* innovate and implement: develop and execute new policies and procedures for strategic marketing plans across sales, access, medical, and other functions.
* vendor & partnership management: select and manage partners to meet strategic objectives, supporting business development opportunities.
* drive customer-centric innovation: share customer acquisition goals and leverage new innovations to refine marketing strategies.
* performance & compliance: ensure all initiatives adhere to team protocols and deliver on key performance indicators.
* creative leadership: oversee the creative process, ensuring resource efficiency and customer insight integration.
* team development & leadership: build high-performing teams, managing budgets, performance, potential, and succession planning.

required skills

* 10+ years in strategic roles within marketing, commercial, or related fields.
* proven track record in people management (minimum 4-5 years).
* strong knowledge of marketing, access, and commercial strategies.
* previous experience in specialty areas and/or complex products.
* specific experience in immunology is a nice-to-have.
* strategic thinking and leadership acumen.
* negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
* project management expertise.
* proficiency in english.
* talent development and ability to influence teams.
* sense of urgency and effective teamwork.
* bachelor's degree on business administration or related field.
