Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para sumarse al equipo de la dirección de Marketing como Marketing & Brand Strategy Analyst quien tendrá como objetivo liderar y coordinar la ejecución de las campañas de marketing y comunicación de la marca a nivel local, trabajando estrechamente con el equipo de diseño y agencias externas.
Funciones :
- Participación en programas de entrenamiento continuo relacionados con tendencias de marketing, redes sociales y herramientas de gestión de campañas.
- Desarrollo de habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, con foco en la gestión de proyectos y relaciones interdepartamentales.
- Asesoramiento constante sobre las mejores prácticas en la ejecución de campañas, con enfoque en la optimización de los recursos y tiempos.
- Apoyo y orientación para el manejo de herramientas digitales y procesos de comunicación interna.
- Evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas por medios de los KPI´s de marketing (alcance, clicks, conversiones, etc.).
- Eficiencia en la ejecución de las tareas midiendo: tiempo de entrega, calidad de los materiales, comunicación con el equipo.
- Posicionamiento de marca, percepción de la marca, estudios de mercado, encuestas de satisfacción.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de marketing digital, cambios en el comportamiento del consumidor y estrategias innovadoras en la industria.
- Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el desempeño de las campañas, incluyendo análisis de resultados y recomendaciones para mejorar futuras iniciativas en coordinación con stakeholders.
- Realizar un seguimiento detallado de los KPIs de las campañas y su impacto en los objetivos de negocio.
Requisitos :
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o afines.
- 1-2 años de experiencia en marketing, comunicación o branding.
- Experiencia en la ejecución y seguimiento de campañas de marketing.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de campañas y análisis de KPIs.
- Conocimiento en estrategias de marketing y posicionamiento de marca.
- Experiencia con herramientas de análisis de datos (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel avanzado, etc.).
- Redacción y comunicación efectiva para materiales de marketing y reportes.
- Experiencia con proveedores, agencias de medios, manejo de presupuestos.
- Inglés básico

Reporting to the Client Management, Senior Director, the Account Director's primary responsibility will be to build relationships with agency client and partners by encouraging an environment for delivering a thoughtful and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Performance Marketing platforms and implementation, while focusing on individual business acumen, mentorship and the growth of their assignments. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
Responsibilities :
- Lead on multiple the most complex and important client(s) accounts (international, cross capability, or large group client) and collaborates with others to create client relationships expressed in NPS scores of C Suite client contacts.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for our most complex clients.
- Lead complex and strategically important renewal efforts.
- Develop well-articulated Strategic briefs that inspire effective approaches to solving client business problems and lead the team to deliver the goals of the brief.
- Provide oversight of the current client remit whilst guiding growth activity through documented Account Growth Plans that lead to account growth.
- Manage commercial targets, ensure client projects are resourced to deliver successful outcomes, and work with Client Management VPs to problem-solve any gaps.
- fluent in all Fundamental Tools. Identify and close any gaps where we are not meeting our standards for great Client Management on a client, Hub or across their network.
- Lead and facilitate revenue growth of a Hub.
- Mentor clients and people by earning trust, delegating and providing valued expertise.

- Understand the skill level of the team and work with internal resource teams to ensure all individuals are equipped to manage our client workload they are assigned.
