the role
as indie campers rv sales partner sales specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of indie campers leisure vehicles (campervans and motorhomes) within our rv sales business unit. You will be responsible for developing our sales channels to sell to other dealers and vehicle auction houses.
reporting to the vp of rv sales and working from our mexico city office, you will leverage your commercial sales expertise to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies for the outplacement of our vehicles (and growth) via b2b and b2a.
what will you work on?
* lead the development and execution of vehicle re-marketing strategies across all indie campers geographies, focusing on the resale of semi-new and second-hand vehicles through b2b and b2a channels.
* build and manage strong relationships with dealers, auction houses, oems and other re-marketing partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality sales experience across 21+ countries.
* collaborate with internal teams to align vehicle sales strategies with fleet management and operational goals, optimizing transitions from rental and subscription phases to sales.
* drive revenue growth by identifying market trends, negotiating agreements, and expanding sales channels to meet business objectives and sales targets.
* implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of vehicle re-marketing operations.
* contribute to the long-term vision of positioning indie campers as a leading rv sales and re-marketing platform, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability for the business unit.
who are we looking for?
* 7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform.
* demonstrated expertise in structuring and scaling sales functions, with experience across online and offline channels.
* proven ability to engage with customers and partners across multiple geographies and industries.
* strong track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success, with a natural commercial mindset.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
* strategic thinker who uses data and instincts to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
* self-starter who can work independently while also being an effective team player.
* fluency in english (written and spoken) is required; german is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous.
