*operations supervisor* you will:
- oversee operations at wallenius wilhelmsen's vehicle processing center
- lead continuous process improvements to achieve a safe and cost -efficient work environment that meets performance targets

job requirements:
*your background and experience include*:
- 3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience
- sop, mrp, tqm, jit, kaizen, 5s, and visual factory management
- microsoft office computer skills, and database navigational skills
- a 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience
- a valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
english language proficiency at intermediate level
