The sales operations analyst assists sales team members with different tasks, some of them are of administrative nature, such as database cleanup, data entry, web search for leads, and the other are cold-calling projects for lead generation.our most successful sales operations analysts are ambitious, confident, outgoing, quick on their feet, and possess a strong drive and determination to succeed.
*responsibilities and duties*:
- data entry activities according to the projects assigned.
- updating data base entries, according to the projects assigned.
- web searching the information required for potential leads who travel with their ensembles/students.
- cold-calling prospects, in order to qualify a lead and gauging their level of interest.
- have a strict self-administrative skills set, so they can manage their timed pace by themselves.
- high quality assurance, so they can check their own tasks results according to the requirements.
*requirements*:
- be able to perform each essential duty in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- good data entry/keyboard skills
- self-disciplined with an aptitude to stay on task
- desire for continuous improvement and coach-ability
- possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- fluency in english necessary to speak with school secretaries and potential travelers (over 85%)
- web browsing and research experience
- familiar with social media platforms (facebook and linkedin)
