Project manager ecommerce
we are seeking a highly analytical and strategic project manager to join our team. This role is essential in leading ecommerce initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring project success through agile methodologies and robust stakeholder communication.
you will be part of a dynamic, bilingual environment, collaborating with global teams and driving meaningful transformation within digital commerce platforms.
location: hybrid 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (first 3 weeks 100% onsite)

monthly salary: $45,000 mxn gross

requirements:
6. education: bachelors degree in business administration, industrial engineering, information technology, or related fields.
7. experience: 3+ years leading or analyzing projects (ecommerce, tech, or consulting preferred).
8. technical knowledge:
project management tools (e.g., jira, trello)advanced excelfamiliarity with payment gateways and marketplaces (mercado pago, paypal, walmart, elektra)
9. languages: advanced english (b2c1) mandatory for communication with international teams
main responsibilities:
10. lead and implement ecommerce projects aligned with business strategy.
11. identify process improvements and new digital business opportunities.
12. manage documentation, contracts, and suppliers related to ecommerce initiatives.
13. oversee key project phases and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
14. evaluate and test ecommerce solutions and platforms.
15. integrate clients and new companies into the digital ecosystem.
16. apply agile methodologies for tracking and project efficiency.
17. prepare business cases, roadmaps, and detailed project reports.
