As part of our expansion and new corporate office opening, we are looking for a professional and service-oriented receptionist to be the face of our organization.purpose responsible for managing the sales planning operations of the national sales operation performing the following tasks: plan, execute, supervise, administrate, control, and evaluate district sales strategies /activities according to the objectives of the corporation. Serve as the main action driver on the field for jetour soueast with dealers and vice versa. Daily basis follow-up comercial activities pursuing annual objectives, develop specific actions plans along with the field team to incentive dealers to accomplish ensure sufficient & balanced levels of inventory in terms of volume, mix and timing ageing stock. Analyze market conditions, competition, and trends to better understand context. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction (csi) ensure the necessary training and skills levels on the national sales team. Visit dealers with low performance supporting the district sales managers, engaging general managers with higher challenges.position tasks and responsibilities align strategies with dealers, field team and low performers work with the dealer to create the necessary actions plans for meeting objectives. Send objectives, plans, incentives, and other communications to ensure proper understanding, knowledge, and execution of current strategies/programs/actions in a timely manner. Analyze ordering, sales inventories, and commercial actions to support the overall action plans on the field cooperate to execute marketing strategies to achieve the established objectives. Analyze sales results & penetration by city, segment, model, competition, mix, etc. Organize and coordinate meetings with dealers, auto shows, special sales, etc.knowledge of: business administration, accountant, marketing, economics and finance. Expert understanding of wholesale and retail operations. Corporate policies, standards and guidelines. Sales programs and incentives. Strategic planning management sales teams product portfolio and vehicle specifications.
