We are looking for a customer service executive to join our global customer service team.
This role is for a full-time contractor position, 100% remote.
The role of a customer service executive is to develop customer relationships that promote customer experience and success, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and retention.
To be successful in this role, you'll require:
- a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- your own laptop or computer (dual screen is an advantage)
- good interpersonal skills in english (both verbal and written)
- to be able to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- the ability to stay focused.
- to be able to use your own initiative to problem-solve.
- effective time-management skills.
- a high level of written and spoken english.
As this is a home-based position, you therefore must have your own computer, stable and fast internet and a suitable working environment.
You must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
The salary is in line with the applicable salary brackets for a customer service executive in mexico.
