main accountabilities

* client management: first point of contact for clients and first escalation point for daily operational issues

* recruitment strategy: proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and drivers, ensuring appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and in place

* kpi and sla management: ensure onsite teams meet internal and client kpis and slas

* process improvement: develop and refine client processes and procedures to streamline work-flow and increase operating efficiency

* analysis and improvement: analyze recruitment demand, services, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement

* maintaining networks: maintain external networks with industry associations, government bodies, and others to obtain market information

* escalated issues: resolve escalated commercial and contractual issues or complaints, if needed, in line with company policy

* team performance: provide leadership, coaching, and support to teams and consultants to ensure they perform to the maximum of their abilities

* communication: provide regular communication to staff on market developments, business priorities, and to create a positive working environment

* feedback and goal setting: provide regular and constructive feedback to staff, conduct team meetings to promote teamwork, set goals, and inform on company updates
