About the role

">

this is a highly specialized role that requires exceptional leadership and management skills. As a recruitment team lead, you will be responsible for managing onsite teams, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving recruitment delivery.

">

main accountabilities

">
">
* client management: first point of contact for clients and first escalation point for daily operational issues
">
* recruitment strategy: proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and drivers, ensuring appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and in place
">
* kpi and sla management: ensure onsite teams meet internal and client kpis and slas
">
* process improvement: develop and refine client processes and procedures to streamline work-flow and increase operating efficiency
">
">

">
">
* analysis and improvement: analyze recruitment demand, services, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement
">
* maintaining networks: maintain external networks with industry associations, government bodies, and others to obtain market information
">
* infrastructure development: develop and maintain internal randstad operations and infrastructure networks
">
* financial management: manage financial and administrative processes in accordance with company policies and standards
">
* escalated issues: resolve escalated commercial and contractual issues or complaints, if needed, in line with company policy
">
">

people management

">
">
* leadership and coaching: lead and manage the recruitment and induction of consultants to ensure business resource plans are achieved
">
* team performance: provide leadership, coaching, and support to teams and consultants to ensure they perform to the maximum of their abilities
">
* training and development: assess and address training needs of staff to support personal development plans
">
* communication: provide regular communication to staff on market developments, business priorities, and to create a positive working environment
">
* feedback and goal setting: provide regular and constructive feedback to staff, conduct team meetings to promote teamwork, set goals, and inform on company updates
">

key qualifications

to succeed in this role, you will need:

* expertise within the sector or business line

* proven results as a supervisor and/or team leader
">
* business management experience
">
* strong recruitment delivery experience
">
* excellent client relationship building skills
">
* ability to multi-task and manage priorities

* excellent written and verbal communication skills in spanish and english languages

education

to be considered for this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent work experience.
