*key responsibilities*:
- application design & build: lead functional modules implementation for iscala erp, identifying and resolving complex business scenarios while assisting support to end users, ensuring effective deployment of all project delivery phases.
- functional deployment: manage functional deployment responsible for build, sit, uat & end-users training, serving critical, time-sensitive, and complex iscala erp implementation.
- users support: take responsibility for the functional deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing hyper care support of iscala erp systems, as well as the related edge apps ecosystem.
- must be able to lead functional training to iscala end-users.
- responsible for leading the testing, deployment, and integration of erp systems.
- proficient in advanced taxation, localization and regional statutory compliance.
- proficient in local and usgaap consolidation and financial reporting.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to enhance system usage.
- perform regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- business requirements analysis: understanding business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- solution design: designing & configuring iscala erp modules and related edge apps solutions, complying global standards.
- mandate localization, electronic invoicing and advanced taxation for all regions complying statutory and regulatory requirements.
- data migration: develop source to target erp mapping for iscala erp related functions. Able to develop sql queries to etl iscala databases.
- act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on system capabilities.
- provide advanced troubleshooting on complex systems involving interactions between iscala erp, databases, external edge apps integrations.
- ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution and comply sla standards.
*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in information technology, finance accounting, or related field.
- minimum of 12 years of experience in functional support of iscala erp.
- fluent english (mandatory)
- strong managed service experience of iscala financial, supply chain, logistics, project management, contract and service management advanced functionality.
- proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
