what you'll do
broker engagement
* proactively reach out to mortgage brokers across the u.s.
* build and nurture long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
product education
* teach brokers about champions funding's non-qm loan products
* help brokers understand how these solutions fit their clients' needs
scenario intake & sales support
* collect borrower scenarios and identify viable loan options
* collaborate with account executives to move deals forward and ensure broker success
customer success
* deliver white-glove service through quick response times and knowledgeable support
* represent champions funding with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction
what you bring
* fluent in both english and spanish (written and verbal)
* 2+ years of experience in a sales role
* strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
* results-oriented mindset with high energy and self-discipline
* team player who collaborates well but can also thrive independently
* comfortable working on the phones (expect high call volume daily)
* able to work u.s. business hours and based in or relocating to mazatlán
performance expectations
* 200+ outbound calls or 2.5 hours of talk time per day
* intake 1–2 borrower scenarios per day
* contribute to a high-performing sales pipeline alongside your ae
