we are seeking a full-time digital account manager to support our client services team and sales team in achieving campaign objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.

responsibilities
* manage operational processes for assigned accounts, including campaign implementation, strategy development, reconciliation, performance optimization, and evaluation.
* communicate directly with clients to determine goals, create parameters, and set expectations, as well as resolve any issues that may arise.
* participate in internal brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and growth.
* provide regular account updates, performance notes, and consistent reporting to clients and internal sales staff.
* collaborate with trafficking & optimization teams to ensure successful campaign setup and optimal performance.
* work with internal departments to develop and implement campaigns, ensuring delivery and billing accuracy.
* monitor and report campaign performance to guarantee timely delivery and billing.
* present campaign results through excel and powerpoint presentations.

qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in a digital account manager role at a digital publisher or network required.
* bachelor's degree required.
* excellent oral and written communication skills.
* bilingual english/spanish language proficiency preferred.
