s. customer accounts by leveraging rigorous data analysis, continuous process improvement, and close collaboration with the sales team.
bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, supply chain, or a related analytical field.
~3+ years of experience in data analysis, demand planning, or sales analytics (cpg or produce industry experience is a plus).
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and effectively visualize data.
advanced proficiency in excel (pivot tables, vlookup, charts) and experience with erp or demand planning systems (sap, ibp, or similar).
advanced spanish and english (required).
maintain and update forecast data within nature sweet's demand planning system to ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
participate in monthly sales tactical meetings, providing insights and updates to support decision-making across sales, marketing, innovation, and project management.
perform data entry and forecast adjustments to reflect the latest sales trends, promotions, and market intelligence.
prepare and distribute monthly forecast accuracy reports, ad-hoc analyses, and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
this position includes an annual performance bonus, calculated as a percentage of the annualized salary and subject to company results and individual performance.
