Role Overview 
The Salesforce Administrator will provide day‑to‑day system support, maintain data integrity, and optimize the Salesforce environment for internal teams. The idóneo candidate will have hands‑on experience in Salesforce administration, user support, and data management, with strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset. A background in advertising is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities 
- System cleanup and maintenance 
- Resolve duplicates, correct invalid entries, and maintain data consistency within Salesforce.
- Ensure the system remains organized, optimized, and efficient for daily use.
- User setup and permissions 
- Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding, user training, and troubleshooting.
- User support and training 
- Provide ongoing support to internal users to enhance system utilization.
- Promote adoption through clear communication, guidance, and best practices.
- Documentation 
- Maintain accurate documentation of fields, workflows, rules, and processes for internal reference.
- Reporting and dashboards 
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales, operations, and leadership needs.
- Workflow and automation 
- Support and optimize existing automation and Flows (ability to read Flows is required).
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
- Data management 
- Perform data entry using Data Loader and manual updates while ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to uphold data integrity across multiple integrated sources.
Qualifications 
- 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role.
- Proven experience with Salesforce setup, user management, and system maintenance.
- Experience managing organizations with multiple data sources integrating into Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience building and maintaining flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Background in advertising or marketing environments is advantageous but not required.
Skills 
- Proficiency in reading and understanding Flows.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong reporting and flow‑building skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process‑oriented and operationally minded, focused on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
