Responsibilities partner with business process owners, oracle functional team, integration team, cross-functional teams from salesforce and other boundary applications, and develop and support oracle cloud application functionalities in quote to cash area. Work with oracle support on product related issues. Advise best practice, provide technical and functional solution for major and recurring issues. Provide technical leadership to the support team, manage key risks & issues, and provide timely updates and root cause analysis to the stakeholders. Basic qualifications bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field. 8 years of experience as technical analyst in oracle erp. 3 years of experience in implementing solutions in oracle cloud modules in erp cloud order management, subscription management, ar, sla and gl modules. 3 years of experience in oracle saas and paas environments, customizing and configuring bpm flows, sla, page customization, bi data models, reports and dashboards. 3 years of experience in integrating saas applications with 3rd parties such as banks, vendors and enabling b2b solutions within saas framework. Experience with otbi, fbdi, bi publisher. Experience with apis, rest/soap based web services available in oracle cloud erp, groovy scripting and strong sql skills. Experience with test plans, test cases, test scripts and qa process and automation of data extracts and data loads. Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills. Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams. Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a can-do attitude. 100% remote position. A 6-month contract with strong potential for renewal.
