- proficient bigdata and rdbms management systems with extensive experience in writing and optimizing sql queries.
- demonstrated expertise in supporting and actively maintaining data platforms and datadriven systems.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on data-driven communication, problem-solving, and effective self-management in data-centric projects.
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to new data challenges and evolving technologies.

- collaborate with engineers, architects, development managers, and product owners to deliver a wide range of data and marketing services.
- provide top-notch responses and resolutions to incidents and queries from various consumers of the data platform and marketing hub.
- take full ownership of the service desk function, promoting continuous process improvements and ensuring sla compliance.
- participate actively in data analysis and reconciliation initiatives across different systems and departments.
- continuously seek to improve the data platform and marketing hub support function by introducing new initiatives and best practices. Participate in change management discussions and periodic meetings to influence and gain knowledge on the data platform’s deliverables.- deseable:
