We are fully committed to providing the technical and operational support necessary to drive the success of our partners—from prototyping to full-scale manufacturing.Core ResponsibilitiesProgramming 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers and CNC lathes using MastercamDeveloping efficient machining strategies based on technical analysis and blueprint specificationsRunning simulations and validations to prevent collisions, dimensional errors, and material wasteReading technical drawings and applying GD&T; (ASME Y14) standards to ensure dimensional accuracyAdjusting cutting parameters, speeds, and feeds based on materials and part requirementsCollaborating with manufacturing engineers, quality teams, and machine operators to resolve technical issuesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction and process optimizationDocumenting processes and generating setup sheets to ensure repeatability and traceabilityEnsuring safety and quality standards are met across all machining operationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)+4 years of experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environmentAdvanced knowledge of Mastercam and experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)Hands-on experience operating 3-axis/5-axis CNC machines and CNC lathesProficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;)A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to technical challengesAbility to work independently and make data-driven decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual (English and Spanish) preferred for cross-border team coordinationBonus QualificationsPrior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing settingExpertise in programming for hard-to-machine materials (e.g., stainless steel, titanium)Familiarity with inspection systems and metrology toolsEnthusiasm for automation, process efficiency, or clean energy initiatives
