* lead and manage the quality engineering team, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and seamless collaboration among members.
* develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures to ensure comprehensive quality assurance throughout the organization.
* continuously monitor and analyze intricate quality performance metrics, using advanced data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
you must have
* bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
* 6+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
* advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
* proven expertise in statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives.
* proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as design of experiments (doe), failure mode and effects analysis (fmea), and statistical process control (spc).
* experience on robust root cause analysis
