we are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as quality resident engineer based at aguas calientes. Working directly with one of or customers and reporting to torreón 1 plant.
your tasks will be:
1. direct contact with the customer.
2. quickly and effectively report any issues found with the customer.
3. coordinate with the plant’s quality engineer on corrective actions and follow-up.
4. monitor the status of customer-reported concerns until their closure is ensured.
5. verify customer systems to ensure all reported issues have been addressed.
6. coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings in collaboration with the plant quality engineer.
7. generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
8. follow up on activities related to iatf 16949, iso 14001, iso 9001, and internal & external audits.
to be successful in this role you must have
9. bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related area.
10. 2+ years of experience in automotive industries (wire harness experience)
11. proficient with microsoft office (excel, power point, word, etc,.)
12. problem solving and communications skills.
13. intermediate english level.
