Rompa group is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial sales manager who thrives in an international, results-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing key multinational accounts with a focus on supporting growth in our americas region. You can live in united states or mexico.we’re looking for someone who brings a strong technical background, ideally with experience in injection moulding and automotive, and who feels comfortable representing rompa with confidence and clarity in front of general customers. If you’re a strategic thinker, a tactical doer, and a natural self-starter—we want to talk to you.key responsibilities- drive growth within the region: identify and engage with potential new customers that align with rompa’s manufacturing capabilities.- full account ownership: develop and execute account plans that balance client strategy with internal objectives. You are the main commercial contact and project owner.- sales project leadership: act as the commercial lead in multidisciplinary teams.
