Key responsibilities:recruiting/technical screening:- ability to screen/recruit software engineers in java (plus is evaluating code using ai tools)- ability to technically prepare candidates for interviews- ability to have discussions around java, spring boot, microservices, cloud, messaging tools (kafka, pub/sub, rabbit mq etc.), databases, is required.
- match candidates to job openings based on intake notes and rate requirements.vms management- add candidates to the vms tool and ensure accurate data entry.
- manage interview coordination including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- lock offers and hires for candidates in mexico and colombia.qualifications:- must have experience in tech recruiting, specifically in software development roles.
- advanced english is a must- familiarity with vms platforms and recruitment tracking tools.
- strong excel skills for tracking and reporting.
- understanding of latam employment laws and hiring practices.
- strong grasp of bill/pay rate structures and margin calculations.
