Job profile: sales director position overview: thesales director is responsible for driving sales growth by buildingstrategic networks, managing budgets, and developing strongrelationships with key stakeholders.

keyresponsibilities: - strategic networking: - build and maintainstrategic networks and business relationships to develop a strongpipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- establish strongrelationships with key client stakeholders at both senior andmid-management levels.
- financial management: - work within anestablished budget to develop effective business relationships withindustry contacts.
- determine annual unit and gross-profit plansby implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends andresults.
- market insight & communication: - understand thecompetitive landscape and market trends.
- effectively communicatethe company's value proposition, technology, processes, and currentpartnerships.
- sales operations: - maintain sales volume bystaying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economicindicators, and competitors.
- establish and adjust selling pricesby monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- completenational sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigningemployees and following up on work results.
- team leadership: -maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, andtraining employees based on concentrix culture.
- counsel anddiscipline employees, plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
-collaboration & reporting: - work closely with colleagues oncross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketingmaterials and case studies.
- manage and implement salesforecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketingprocesses.
- analyze pipeline and lead data, providing periodicreports to the sales and marketing teams with key businessinsights.
- technical proficiency: - competent with microsoftoffice suite, salesforce.com, and comscore.
- client & internalcollaboration: - work with sales, account management, operations,and other internal teams to implement targeted sales strategies.
-interface with technical support internally to resolve issues thatdirectly impact partners.
- analytics & data management: -drive the successful implementation and adoption of sales andmarketing automation platforms.
- ensure reports and internalintelligence are provided to the sales and marketing organization.- validate the quality of lead and pipeline data through reportingand analytics.
- business development: - generate and submit rfpsand related sales documents.
- collaborate with senior teams to setrevenue goals and company strategy.
- define and executeappropriate sales strategies and support programs to maximize salesand profitability.
- event participation: - attend key events togenerate leads and work in synergy with operations head to leveragethe account management strategy.
