Required experience
* 8+ years of hris technical experience with workday hcm, hris system design, calculated fields, complex configurations, and business processes
* 5+ years implementing, supporting, or operating workday hcm
* designed, built, and supported 75+ workday integrations
* developed 5+ workday extend applications and orchestrate integrations
* hands-on experience with workday extend model components and application development
* extensive reporting experience using report writer, calculated fields, dashboards, scorecards, composite/matrix reports, workday hubs, and advanced microsoft excel
* built and maintained 3+ workday prism analytics use cases
* strong understanding of enterprise hr systems, data structures, and end-to-end data flows
* ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
responsibilities
* lead scope, design, and delivery of workday extend solutions
* design, develop, and implement custom workday extend applications
* establish governance for reporting, analytics, integrations, and extend development
* partner with hr, it, payroll, and finance on security roles, integrations, and shared systems
* support workday releases, upgrades, testing, and operational hris support
* act as a trusted advisor and sme for hr technology

* erp implementation experience
* financial and hr system configuration experience
* workday integrations, extend, and prism/reporting certifications
* intermediate database knowledge
