job summary:
this is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing service delivery by meeting all contractual / sla commitments contract compliance & adherence. The procure-to-pay process owner will drive global finance transformation projects, governing the overall p2p process, and ensure processes are standardized across all regions.
responsibilities:
* ensure excellent customer service delivery by meeting all contractual / sla commitments contract compliance & adherence.
* oversee and manage service delivery by meeting all contractual / sla commitments contract compliance & adherence.
* responsible for driving global finance transformation projects, governing the overall p2p process, and ensuring processes are standardized across all regions.
* identify opportunities for process improvements, changes to policies and drive continuous culture improvement.
* review and drive appropriate actions / systemic.
requirements:
* b2+/c1 proficiency in english
* past experience on bpo or it companies is a plus
* upbeat, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of others
* at least 3 years of experience in purchasing and procurement processes. With relevant experience in procure-to-pay process.
* specialization or knowledge tax and ifrs
* advanced knowledge and skills with business software applications. Ms office applications. Advance excel applications – macro, visual basics, graph.
* minimum education on bachelor's degree, certificated.
