the director of operations will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team in mexico city while coordinating closely with executives in the united states.
key responsibilities
* lead and manage all operational functions in mexico city, including back-office, finance, hr, and administrative support.
* develop, implement, and optimize operational policies, workflows, and procedures to ensure efficiency and scalability.
* oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff to build a strong local team.
