Regional Sales Manager - PVC Windows Division (Mexico & Central America)

Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations from the central area of Mexico to Panama, managing a team of two sales representatives. Your primary focus will be to drive growth among PVC window fabricators in the region and explore new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PVC window fabricators.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales representatives.
- Manage the sales budget effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the PVC windows or construction materials industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in market analysis and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Good english level.
Location: This position is based in Mexico, Queretaro, Leon, with responsibilities extending to Panama and other Central American countries.
