*summary*
design, implement, and optimize service models at arca continental, ensuring a reduction in service costs and an improvement in customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in latam and the usa, combining strategy and operational execution to transform how the company reaches its customers.
*core responsibilities*
- *design and optimize* service models to improve operational efficiency and optimize service costs.
- *analyze and model* advisory and distribution routes, generating strategic proposals for operations.
- *negotiate and influence* operations to ensure the proper adoption of new rtm models.
- *manage and implement* digital transformation initiatives applied to distribution and service.
- *monitor and evaluate* key kpis such as service costs, visit effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- *collaborate and coordinate* with cross-functional teams in it, commercial, and operations at both the corporate and country levels.
- *develop and present* strategic analyses and proposals using storytelling in powerpoint and word.
*qualifications and requirements*
- educational background: industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or related field.
- experience: 5+ years in rtm, distribution, logistics planning, or commercial strategy in consumer goods companies.
- language: advanced english (constant interaction with usa-based teams).
- technical skills: advanced excel, power bi, powerpoint, and word (storytelling).
- key competencies: strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, change management, digital transformation, and cost optimization.
*desired characteristics*
- experience in implementing service models in international markets.
- knowledge of logistics optimization tools such as ortec leo or simpli route.
- experience in designing and executing digital strategies in the traditional trade channel.
- ability to work in multicultural environments and remote teams.
- background in leading consumer goods companies operating in retail.
