in this role you will manage all aspects of your accounts' paid campaigns end-to-end and will have full accountability for client communications.
you will have a history of success in scaling and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms, and you have a 6th sense of what will perform, why, how to measure it, and how to execute your vision through a team.
you know how to implement the right frameworks to boost performance across sem, ppc, dynamic display, and ott campaigns.
*your role*:- drive and develop full-funnel, multi-channel digital strategies for assigned accounts- develop and strategize the distribution of budget across channels considering campaign objectives, total addressable market, and funnel dynamics.- conduct thorough research to inform the ad, creative, and copy team on the ideal tone and messaging for targeting diverse personas and audience segments.- analyze optimization reports, determine significant campaign adjustments, and lead your team in implementing strategic experiments.- act as a strategic leader, clearly communicating objectives, rationales, timelines, and necessary details to your team, ensuring alignment and tracking progress.- discuss account results with clients, provide insightful analysis, and guide them through the strategic implications of these insights.- define and report on kpis tailored to different stakeholders, possessing a clear understanding of what metrics to highlight to whom.- offer directional feedback on copy and creative, ensuring your team is equipped to succeed across various channels.- collaborate with marketing operations for crm and campaign activity integration, utilizing all segmentation, personalization, and optimization opportunities within hubspot.- understand and speak to the impact of attribution, customer journey reporting, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring on campaign performance.- manage client budgets effectively, setting up systems for proper budget pacing and coordination with accounts receivable for accurate billing.- manage and interface with clients regularly to report on all campaigns, metrics, and kpis, including those within the client's crm (generally hubspot)- serving as point person for all campaign requests and communication with clients, including creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, etc.- regularly reviewing and analyzing data from multiple platforms & perspectives to make optimization recommendations for budget, bidding, audience, creative, copy, landing pages, etc.
