key responsibilities:
as a talent & development (t&d) business analyst, you will be pivotal in enhancing and optimizing our talent and development systems and processes.
your main responsibilities include:
- supporting the release management process for our cloud-based global talent & development platforms.
- evaluating existing t&d systems, recommending enhancements, and implementing new technologies to support global learning initiatives.
- collaborating with business collaborators to deploy new functionalities and assess their impact on end users.
essential skills & experience:
- over 5 years of experience as a business analyst with expertise in hr technology implementations.
- proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive projects from inception to implementation.
- exceptional communication and social skills to engage and collaborate with partners at all organizational levels.
- strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- effective time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
desirable skills & experience:
- experience with hris systems/platforms (e.g., workday).
- knowledge of robotic/process automation.
- familiarity with agile methodologies.
