Job title: lead generator key responsibilities: - lead management: research, track, maintain, and update lead information. Conduct customer and market research to identify potential leads. Maintain and organize the lead generation database for accuracy and efficiency. - client engagement: conduct surveys to gather valuable insights about potential clients. Engage prospects to assess their needs and qualify leads for the sales pipeline. Develop and deliver proposals and sales presentations in collaboration with the sales team. - collaboration and reporting: provide accurate and timely information and reports to management. Actively participate in strategy discussions and feedback sessions to improve lead generation efforts. - product knowledge: develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients. Required skills and qualifications: - language proficiency: strong english level, good communication and active listening skills. - social media / media buying proficiency. - multitasking ability and attention to detail. - quick learner with a proactive attitude. - 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development representative (sdr) roles, or similar positions. Metrics for success: 200 outbound calls per day.
