*what you will do*
*business performance analysis*to provide analysis and recommendations on plant performance; preparing monthly reports for plant performance review.
provide 3rd party revenue trend and cost(expense) trend of manufacturing operation including cost variance.
*analysis of expense for standard cost*review the expense (material cost/dl/voh and foh) at the month-end closing and make corrections if there are any journal entry errors.
setup the cost allocation method by working with operation team and costing team
*analysis of manufacturing*cost improvement plan (cost variance improvement plan) monitor, analyze and explain the performance of cost saving activities review and participate in niat projects as a representative of finance review and participate in procurement's purchasing price decisions as a representative of finance
*be trusted business* partner with operation team provide reliable information to operation team share finance's perspective with operation team to lead performance improvement.
proactively participate in operation's decision-making process such as improvement activities, investment capex, onetime expense for opex, etc.
*who you are*
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or closely related discipline
- 5 years' experience in cost and/or finance analysis
- cost management.
- sap, office tools, advanced excel, and data analysis expert.
